How long until I get my shoes?
Reyers responds immediately to all on-line orders. If we have the merchandise, your order will be shipped out the next business day. You should receive it in 5 to 8 business days.
If Reyers does not have the exact shoe you are looking for, we will contact the factory. If they have the shoe, they will ship it to Reyers as quickly as possible. Reyers will ship it to you the next business day. This process generally takes 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified of any undue delays.
If Reyers doesn't have the shoe, and the factory does not have the shoe but they can make it, we will notify you with the expected delivery date for your approval. This is called a back order, and the delivery may take a while. We'll let you know.
